
The mission of Conscious Cooking is to heal people through better education about healthy eating and lifestyle choices. As a Wholefood chef and Holistic Nutritionist I strongly believe that food should not only taste and look great, but that it should be nourishing to both our bodies and soul and eaten as close to its natural form as possible.
I encourage you to appreciate that we are all individually unique in our physical body, emotional state as well as our lifestyle choices. All too often our daily food choices are based upon familiarity and availability, lack of time, convenience, and ease of preparation
With a holistic approach to food and nutrition, Conscious Cooking takes into consideration all aspects of life and how they are connected. By treating our bodies kindly and indulging in pure organic and seasonally grown foods we can live a much healthier and happier life.
